Between shepherding your congregation, caring for people, preparing messages, and overseeing the day-to-day needs of ministry, it can feel like there's never enough time to develop new discipleship resources or leadership training from the ground up.

Ignite Intensive Training: Strike the Match. is designed to strengthen and support your church by providing biblically grounded, Holy Spirit-led discipleship training that equips believers to grow in their faith and confidently minister to others.
Our desire is not to add to your workload, but to serve your vision. We partner with pastors and ministry leaders by bringing intensive training directly to your church, helping equip your people to walk in freedom, mature as disciples of Jesus, and minister in the love and power of the Holy Spirit.
When believers are equipped, the Church is strengthened. Our prayer is to see healthy disciples who make disciples, allowing your church to flourish as people discover their identity in Christ and step confidently into the calling God has placed on their lives.

The Great Commission
Jesus did not call us to simply build churches or fill seats—He called us to make disciples. He commanded us to go, teach His Word, model His life, and lead others into a lifelong relationship with Him. As we disciple others, we hold fast to His promise: "Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:20)
Our mission is to equip believers who know Jesus deeply, hear His voice, and walk confidently in the power of the Holy Spirit. Through biblical teaching, discipleship, and mentoring, we prepare men and women to faithfully live out the Great Commission wherever God has called them.
